Initial Acupuncture

During your initial visit, we’ll begin with a thorough and comprehensive intake to explore your health history and primary concerns. This allows us to understand the full picture and tailor your treatment accordingly. Your session will then include a personalized combination of acupuncture and adjunct therapies—such as bodywork, cupping, moxibustion (moxa), and more—designed to address both your immediate symptoms and the underlying patterns contributing to them.

Follow Up Acupuncture

Follow-up visits are for returning patients who have already completed their initial consultation. These sessions allow us to track your progress and continue addressing your primary concerns.

Each visit begins with a brief check-in to discuss how you’ve been feeling, assess any changes, and explore anything new that may have come up. From there, you'll receive a personalized acupuncture treatment, which may be complemented by adjunct techniques depending on your current needs.

Together, we’ll refine your care plan and determine the best treatment schedule for you—whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or maintenance sessions to support ongoing wellness.
